O seara buna.
Cu respect.
In aceasta situatie o sa incerc sa iau legatura direct cu ei, poat reusesc sa import direct.
""The application for export permit (named in the Czech language Zbrojní průvodní list = ZPL) to the foreign physical persons (including diplomats) must be submit to our local Police Department. According of their requirements our application for this permit shall be completed with:

.By the most curious system of small-caliber ' travmatiki ' from the number of those produced at present in the countries of former ' socialist camp ' me seems pistol CZ 83 p.a. Rubber. This weapon is the modification of pistol CZ of 83 productions of company ' it is Czech Zbroyevka '. CZ 83 - this is compact pistol with the blowback bolt, in its time created as the alternative PM to the role of side arms of the countries of the Warsaw Pact. In contrast to PM, Czech pistol is executed under the cartridge 9 mm "short ' (9khy"), it has two-row capacitor box 12 cartridges, another system of the work of safety device and so forth nevertheless, pistol not was accepted to the armament nowhere, except Czechoslovakia. CZ 83 is supplied for the commercial market for the weapon of Europe and USA. Besides the modifications of the caliber of 7.65 mm (32 ASR) and "gas ' modifications under the cartridge 9 R.A. is produced also the" rezinostrel'naya ' model CZ 83 p.a. Rubber. An external difference in the "rezinostrel'nogo ' pistol from the combat is in the form of the lock: in model "R.A. Rubber ' it is narrowed in the forward section. Information about the design features of Czech ' rezinostrela ' at present is absent, however, it is possible to assume that it too is not differed from analogous Ukrainian pistols and is conventional weapon with the blowback bolt, the stem of caliber of approximately 6 mm, and the construction, weakened in the key places in order to hinder its alteration under the live cartridges. The greatest interest represent TTKH of the cartridges 9 mm Rubber, produced relative to by the young Czech company Libra. According to given, placed on the site of company, cartridge 9 mm Rubber has muzzle energy 128 George with initial velocity 800 m/s. At a distance of 7 are meter energy of bullet it comprises narrower than 24.7 George with the speed of 350 m/s. Thus, cartridges 9 mm Rubber clearly confirm thesis of one of the high rank officers of company Umarex, in their time which stated that TTKH of rubber bullet completely it is possible to bring to TTKH of the bullet of usual cartridge. Possible- that it is possible, but which will come out as a result? Usual 9- mm the cartridge, not less fatal than 380 FSZ or other similar ammunition, and in this case less precise and which is characterized by smaller penetration effect? In the opinion of the author, small-caliber traumatic ammunition with levels of power engineering, similar 9 mm Rubber, with difficulty can be attributed to strictly the "traumatic ' weapon
